About Lady Keron Black BGLady Keron R. Sadler, a native of Nashville, Tennessee, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Theology from the American Baptist Theological College, while simultaneously pursuing studies in the MBA program at Tennessee State University. She is a graduate of Hood Theological Seminary (Salisbury, NC) with a Masters in Divinity.  For three years she matriculated at Pfeiffer University pursuing a second masters in Marriage & Family Therapy. During Lady Keron’s internship at the Pfeiffer Institute, she provided intensive relational therapy to individuals, couples and families. While living in North Carolina, she served as a Chaplain at one of the nation’s leading trauma hospitals, where she provided support and counsel serving the unequivocal needs of grieving individuals and families.

An accomplished and dynamic speaker and author, Lady Keron has presented to a diverse group of audiences capitalizing on her personal experiences and passion to connect with them, all the while exemplifying excellence; realizing that ladies are born and not made, she personifies poise and grace. Upon engaging with Lady Keron, the high esteem in which she holds herself and those she interacts with immediately becomes evident and is a reflection of her values. She inspires others, her audiences often find themselves in a position of self-reflection, moving beyond the boundaries of contentment to a place of indisputable purpose. Lady Keron a champion, who extends to her audiences the tools necessary to progress to the next step, leaving them empowered and encouraged.

IMG_0060bAs an extension of her corporate experience, Lady Keron exercises her administrative and leadership gifts through collaborative creation of congregational ministries in churches nationwide. Having worked in Corporate-America for nearly thirty years, she is a recognized leader adept in organizational, oral and written communications. A hallmark of her transcendent passion is an unceasing commitment to fulfilling her divine purpose to serve, by meeting the varying needs of the community-at-large, irrespective of denomination/faith, race, sexual/gender identity, or class.

Throughout her journey of life, she has served in a variety of capacities to empower and touch the lives of many who are struggling with identity and/or self-esteem issues, depression, suicide, HIV/AIDS, and other life altering issues. She breaks one’s silence of facing real life dynamics by utilizing her psychotherapy clinical training, biblical yet practical principles, and her personal experiences, challenges and victories, all which have led her to a place of profound, purposeful peace.

Lady Keron currently serves as a member of The Hope Springs Executive Board in Baltimore, Maryland. Reverend Sadler is an ordained Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Zion church. She is also the proud mother of one son, Parris James Clark IV.
